We engineered Transit Ledger because we had a client in need, and we needed to solve that problem together. We built the solution with the conviction that if we did it right, it would solve real, everyday problems for a lot of people. We deliberately took the time to work directly with active media agencies to learn firsthand just how messy real-world bookkeeping really is.
Before opening public access, Transit Ledger spent five months running in continuous live production, handling real expense pipelines and historical backlogs for active media agencies.

Financial data, receipts, and general ledgers remained strictly inside the customer’s Google Workspace™ environment, never stored on external servers.
